We currently only ship to the United Kingdom.

How long does shipping take?

We aim to send out orders within 3 working days. We ship our parcels using Royal Mail. Royal mail will require a signature upon delivery and aim to deliver in 1-3 working days including saturdays.

Are your products vegan and cruelty free?

YES! all our candles and wax melts are made using natural soy wax and our fragrance oils are all vegan and cruelty free.

What is your returns policy?

We are only able to replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged in transit. If you need an exchange or refund please contact us within 14 days of receiving your items by sending an email to Info@christiexwhite.com
